Job description

  • Responsible for managing the BMA applications for the ERGO Organization, including secure and stable run of the product in production as well as for the product costs
  • Oversee internal and external offshore product support resources for assigned application portfolios to ensure all incidents, service requests and enhancements are addressed in timely manner and accurate manner
  • Constantly checking incident volume and other monitoring activities KPIs to ensure a stable service provisioning to business including setup of necessary improvement measures, conducts compliance-related recertification procedures and checks that product is running secure
  • Accountable for ensuring the applications and products are working in accordance with the requirements
  • Provide guidance and necessary technical / process expertise to junior Product Managers and empower them to deliver holistic and efficient service to AMS customers, including ensuring appropriate governance of process and controls framework is in place for all applications, as well as full financial responsibility for their respective applications

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or business information management or equivalent qualification
  • Possess in-depth experience in managing technology vendors
  • 7+ years of experience in IT product management or a similar role
  • Proven experience with key technologies e.g. Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Oracle, SQL and related tools., as well as strong understanding of software development life-cycle and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
