(Senior) Consultant Microsoft Modern Workplace - Focus Power Platform

• Advising customers on the introduction and further development of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and optionally Power BI to digitize and automate business processes.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical low-code/no-code solutions.
• Integrating the Power Platform into Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, as well as connecting external systems.
• Building and further developing governance, security, and lifecycle concepts for the Power Platform.
• Supporting migration and transformation projects within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Conducting technical workshops and supporting presales activities as well as customer presentations.
• Creating technical concepts, documentation, and best practices.
• Providing 2nd- and 3rd-level support, including troubleshooting and optimization of existing solutions.

• Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment with a focus on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, ideally Power BI).
• Experience in implementing low-code/no-code solutions for process automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, as well as basic Azure and API integrations.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical solutions.
• Understanding of governance, security, and data models within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience in consulting or project environments with direct customer interaction.
• Knowledge of modern cloud and modern workplace architectures is an advantage.
• Microsoft certifications in the Power Platform or Microsoft 365 area are considered a plus.
• German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level.
