We are looking for a Principal Cloud Platform Engineer (m/f/d) to lead the design and evolution of our cloud infrastructure, enabling engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions at scale. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will influence cloud strategy, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices across the organization.

Why Work With Us?

Meaningful Technical Challenges: Work on large-scale cloud platforms supporting modern applications, distributed systems, and mission-critical workloads using the latest cloud-native technologies.

Engineering First Culture: Technology decisions are driven by engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your ideas will directly shape our cloud platform roadmap.

Modern Technology Stack: Build with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud observability platforms.

Professional Development: Receive support for technical certifications, industry conferences, cloud training programs, and continuous learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of cloud engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise applications.

Platform Engineering: Develop reusable cloud services, infrastructure automation, and self-service platform capabilities that accelerate software delivery.

Infrastructure Automation: Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent technologies while standardizing cloud deployments across environments.

DevOps Leadership: Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release processes, and operational efficiency across engineering teams.

Security and Compliance: Implement cloud security best practices, identity and access management, governance controls, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.

Performance and Reliability: Monitor platform health, optimize cloud resource utilization, improve system reliability, and lead incident response for critical infrastructure.

Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers, perform architecture reviews, establish engineering standards, and provide technical guidance on complex cloud initiatives.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, security specialists, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud solutions aligned with organizational objectives., A collaborative engineering leader who enjoys solving complex technical problems, continuously improving platform capabilities, and mentoring others while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering, including experience leading complex technical initiatives.

Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including networking, compute, storage, security, and managed cloud services.

Infrastructure as Code: Advanced knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar automation frameworks for large-scale infrastructure management.

Containers and Kubernetes: Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.

Automation Skills: Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell with experience building automated operational workflows.

Monitoring and Observability: Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Cloud-native monitoring services.

Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
