IT / Computer Science - Graduate Teaching Assistant

• The ability to establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils to support them and gain valuable one-to-one experience. This experience will allow you to gain insight into the day-to-day classroom environment and the role of a teacher.
• The confidence to promote and encourage personal development in pupils whilst maintaining high expectations of behaviour.

We’re looking for empathetic, proactive, and committed ICT or Computer Science graduates who want to make a difference in the lives of young people., * Hold or be predicted a degree in ICT, Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, or a related subject (2:2 or above)

• Be supportive, friendly, and approachable
• Be resilient and motivated to support and inspire students to reach their full potential and strive to achieve excellence
• Hold experience working with young people (preferable, but not essential)
• Have a creative and reflective mindset within the classroom, with the ability to make ICT and Computer Science engaging and accessible
• Be able to work as part of a team
