DevOps Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join Nuvolar, contributing to a pharmaceutical industry project focused on data infrastructure and deployment solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure, supporting the full lifecycle of microservices and ensuring smooth CI/CD operations. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize deployment processes and proactively monitor system performance., Build, deploy, and manage microservices using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployment cycles. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. Develop proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools, best practices, and technologies.

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field. Strong programming and scripting skills (Python preferred) for automation and system integration. Solid experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments. Expertise with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), source control (Git), and change management systems (e.g., Jira). Experience in cloud infrastructure design, microservices deployment, and monitoring. Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments.
