A Compliance Analyst in the cybersecurity team at TradingView plays an important role in ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to information security. This position involves monitoring compliance frameworks, conducting audits, mitigating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure and compliant environment for TradingView’s systems and data. How You’ll Drive Success Compliance Monitoring and Audits: Participate in regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO-27001 and other standards. Policy Development and Documentation: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and standards. Document workflows, security policies, and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with access management rules for information resources. Training and Awareness: Provide compliance training programs for employees. Promote awareness of cybersecurity regulations across teams. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with IT operations, legal teams, and other departments to integrate compliance into existing processes. Track compliance metrics and report findings to senior management. Prepare for regulatory inspections and third-party audits. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices. Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and recommend enhancements. Experience with risk management Technical experience with Linux environments, AWS cloud infrastructure, LDAP systems, or similar technologies is a plus, but not required. Strong analytical abilities to assess risks and identify gaps in compliance. Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
