Job description
As Senior System Engineer SAP Security (m/w/d), you serve as a vital link between the global IT security department and the ERP applications team. This role ensures adherence to global security frameworks while implementing additional measures for the secure operation of an S/4HANA landscape in a private cloud at SAP. You will be responsible for establishing processes, guidelines, and specifications for secure ERP landscape operations and ensuring compliance with them.
Your Contribution:
- Act as the intermediary between global IT security and ERP applications departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Ensure ERP applications comply with global security frameworks and standards
- Develop, implement, and oversee additional security measures specific to the S/4HANA landscape
- Establish and enforce processes, guidelines, and specifications for secure ERP landscape operations
- Coordinate security assessments and penetration testing for the S/4HANA landscape
- Investigate and resolve SAP security incidents identified through SIEM by collaborating with relevant teams and vendors, It’s our priority to support you:

Requirements
- Relevant vocational training or higher education in a related field
- Extensive experience (>5 years) in IT security and ERP applications
- Expertise in operating S/4HANA landscapes within private cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of information security and cybersecurity topics
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP or equivalent) are an advantage
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
