System Engineer

Join our team as a System Engineer and help build, operate, and evolve modern workplace solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining robust platforms. You’ll also play a key role in managing service providers, planning infrastructure projects, and supporting end-users across multiple services and systems. If you’re hands-on, proactive, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you! How your day will look like As a System Engineer, you will:

• Take responsibility for the operation and lifecycle of Workplace Services including notebooks, iOS/macOS devices, WinXY clients, VDI, Autopilot, Intune, and MDM platforms.
• Manage application packaging, configuration, testing, and deployment within the global software distribution system.
• Handle complex technical issues and incidents (2nd and 3rd level support).
• Maintain and operate server and storage platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Develop and evaluate IT concepts relevant to your area of responsibility.
• Coordinate and manage operational activities and smaller-scale infrastructure projects.
• Administer and support printing infrastructure and printer management systems.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in workplace and server infrastructure operations, ideally in a cross-platform environment.
• Strong technical know-how in lifecycle management, patch management, and enterprise client environments.
• You have advanced training or certifications in infrastructure and architecture-ideally from providers such as Microsoft or VMware.
• A proactive and structured working style with a strong customer service mindset.
• You have a degree as a Systems Engineer or equivalent technical qualification.
• Excellent collaboration skills and fluency in English, enabling clear and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
