AI & Data Strategy Consultant

• Contribute to the definition of an AI and data strategy aligned with the institution’s mandate, priorities and operating model.
• Analyse current business processes and ways of working, helping to design future-state operating models and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support the identification, qualification and prioritisation of AI use cases across functions, using structured criteria.
• Prepare, co-design and facilitate workshops with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on vision, use cases and roadmap, ensuring tangible and actionable outputs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to collect inputs, validate findings and align expectations.
• Conduct market and ecosystem scans on AI trends, providers and initiatives, with a focus on the European landscape and regulatory context.
• Contribute to the design of learning paths and capability-building initiatives in AI and digital skills for different target groups.
• Synthesize complex information (interviews, workshops, market research, internal documentation) into concise visual deliverables such as short briefings, decision memos and slide decks.
• Support project planning and coordination across phases and workstreams, applying agile or hybrid approaches to iterate on strategy and deliverables.

• University degree in business, economics, engineering, data/IT or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting or transformation roles, with hands-on participation in data, AI, digital or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working on AI, data or analytics-related projects.
• Strong exposure to organisational transformation: operating model design, process re-engineering, change initiatives or strategic programmes.
• Experience working with institutional, public-sector or international organisations is highly valued.
• Experience in designing or supporting workshops with senior stakeholders, including preparation of materials, facilitation support and capture of decisions and actions.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
