We are currently looking for a DevOps Manager in Spain.This role offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to lead DevOps practices across global, remote engineering teams. You will oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational reliability while implementing scalable, secure, and efficient systems. The position combines technical leadership with process optimization, using modern development stacks and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, supporting both client-facing and internal platforms. The role demands a proactive approach to monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement, ensuring robust performance and high uptime. • Lead DevOps practices across development, staging, and production environments.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for modern web applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using scalable, secure architectures.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and uptime.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Support infrastructure for internal tools, client platforms, and integrations.
• Enforce best practices for version control, deployment, access control, and compliance.
• Lead incident response and post-mortem processes when required.
• Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and operational standards.
