Requirements

Experience with object-oriented programming language constructs
Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred)
Experience developing with interpreted languages, such as Python
Strong foundation in test-driven development (TDD) practices
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, K8s, Helmcharts)
Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience with software engineering, or 18+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice to have:

Experience with the Go programming language and concurrent/parallel processing patterns
Experience with TypeScript and Angular framework for web application development
Experience with stream processing systems (Kafka, Redis Streams, AMQP, Redpanda Connect/Benthos)
Possession of excellent customer relations skills, including managing requirements for feature requests
Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts (AWS preferred)
Experience with agentic development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools
Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools for project management (Jira, Confluence)
