  • Product Configuration & Testing: Perform product, security, and application configuration activities, support testing efforts, and ensure successful deployment into QA and other target environments.

  • Compliance & Standards Support: Help ensure systems, applications, software, and hardware remain compliant with corporate policies, procedures, and established technology standards.

  • Documentation & Operating Procedures: Maintain and enhance documentation for solution design, build processes, implementation steps, and standard operating procedures.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and track detailed project plans, manage technical deliverables, and drive progress across a series of complex engineering initiatives.

  • Troubleshooting & Production Support: Provide production support, investigate platform issues, troubleshoot failures, and contribute to resolution efforts using available playbooks and engineering expertise.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application development, quality assurance, testing, business teams, and infrastructure partners to understand technical requirements and support successful implementation outcomes.

  • Networking & Systems Coordination: Submit and coordinate infrastructure and networking requests, applying knowledge of core networking concepts, system dependencies, and enterprise architecture considerations.

  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve reliability, resiliency, and efficiency through automation, scripting, and infrastructure process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Understanding of networking concepts and ability to coordinate infrastructure-related requests effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-driven work style with excellent time management, task prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently, communicate blockers clearly, and recommend next steps proactively

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred
