DevOps Engineer

CI/CD Management Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient build and deployment processes. Systems Administration Administer and support applications and infrastructure with a focus on security, stability, and performance. Monitor system health, availability, and security posture while ensuring timely updates and maintenance. Automate operational tasks through scripting and tooling. Cloud & Infrastructure Develop, deploy, and manage applications across cloud and on-premises environments. Support containerized workloads and infrastructure automation initiatives. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices. Security & Compliance Implement and maintain application security testing processes, including static and dynamic security analysis. Identify, assess, and help remediate security vulnerabilities. Support compliance initiatives through reporting and documentation. Reporting & Observability Create and maintain reports related to test coverage, vulnerability assessments, software inventories, and system observability. Provide visibility into system performance, deployment metrics, and operational health. Automation Develop automation solutions to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational scalability.

U.S. Citizenship required. 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Strong experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Experience with systems administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with virtualization, containers, and cloud infrastructure. Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Experience with automated testing and software delivery best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional cloud platforms and services. Exposure to other CI/CD tools and deployment platforms. Understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and DevSecOps practices. Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools.
