ET Functional

Plan A Technologies is looking for an ET Functional. In this role, you will provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules and support the program through critical testing and validation phases. This role is responsible for ensuring that Oracle Fusion leading practices are applied consistently to drive a successful deployment., * Actively support the program through CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases.

• Serve as a functional expert to ensure Oracle Fusion leading practices are integrated into the system design and business processes.
• Review and validate integration builds during SIT and UAT to ensure high quality, cross-module alignment, and overall deployment readiness.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that configurations meet business requirements and industry standards.

Please note: You must have 4+ years of functional experience working across multiple Oracle Fusion modules to be considered for this role., * BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.

• Proven functional experience working across multiple Oracle Fusion modules.
• Hands-on experience navigating and supporting CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles within an ERP environment.
• Deep understanding of standard Oracle Fusion workflows and implementation leading practices.
• Ability to validate that data flows and integrations between modules are functioning correctly and meet deployment criteria.
• Strong ability to identify functional gaps and suggest standardized solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical developers and business stakeholders.
• Focused on meeting strict project milestones and ensuring “readiness for deployment.”
• Have solid written and verbal English skills.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
