Job description
Role: Oracle ERP Product Manager Finance Systems, * You will work with our client IBIL, and end-client details will be shared during the interview process., We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Finance Systems Contractor to support our ongoing finance transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of functional finance expertise, technical ERP knowledge, and hands-on experience working with complex system integrations and financial data structures. The ideal candidate has worked extensively with ERP platforms-preferably Oracle-and understands end-to-end finance and accounting flows across the enterprise., * Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to analyze current-state ERP processes and recommend improvements aligned to best practices.
- Provide both functional and technical expertise across financial modules, integrations, accounting structures, and data flows.
- Support solution design and recommendations for Oracle ERP implementations, including GL, AP, AR, and related finance processes.
- Work with technical teams to map, validate, and optimize integrations across legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, AS/400, EBS) and cloud platforms.
- Contribute to design and validation of Accounting Hub or similar financial data transformation layers, including accounting rules, mapping logic, and event models.
- Document system and process flows for finance operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with downstream systems.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, or similar), with both technical and functional understanding.
- Hands-on experience with Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting, or equivalent financial data transformation layers.
- Strong ability to interpret finance requirements and translate them into technical and system specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to legacy-to-cloud transitions, data mapping, or multi-system ERP coexistence environments.
- Prior consulting or implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in customer and/or vendor rebate processes or automation.
- Background in finance automation or financial systems.
- Ability to lead projects end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Hands-on mindset with systems and solution design.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
