SAP MDM Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP MDM (Master Data Management) Consultant to join our innovative data management team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP MDM solutions to ensure high-quality, consistent, and accurate master data across the organization. Your expertise will drive data governance initiatives, enhance data analytics capabilities, and support regulatory compliance efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide data strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business insights., * Lead the development and deployment of SAP MDM solutions to streamline master data processes across multiple business units.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Design and implement data models that support efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval within SAP MDM environments.
• Integrate SAP MDM with other database systems, including Oracle, SQL databases, and Big Data platforms using ETL tools like Informatica and Talend.
• Develop dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Business Intelligence tools, and Data Analytics platforms to visualize master data insights.
• Monitor data quality metrics continuously through automated tools and manual analysis to identify discrepancies and improve overall data integrity.
• Manage project timelines using Agile methodologies, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on schedule.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP MDM functionalities, best practices in data management, and information governance standards.

• Proven experience in SAP Master Data Management (MDM) implementation and administration in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SQL databases, database management experience, and database design principles.
• Hands-on knowledge of ETL processes using Informatica, Talend, or similar tools for data integration tasks involving Big Data platforms.
• Expertise in data model design, data quality monitoring, and information governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Data warehousing concepts, Data collection techniques, and Data governance policies.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Tableau or other Business Intelligence platforms for reporting purposes.
• Experience working with regulatory compliance management related to data privacy and security standards.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams through technical challenges while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
