Systems Engineer - Azure, Cloud Centric skills

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support day to day IT infrastructure operations across cloud and on premises environments. This role focuses on managing Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems while contributing to critical IT projects and initiatives., * Administer Microsoft Azure, M365 and O365, and hybrid Active Directory environments

• Build, deploy, and scale virtual machines in cloud and on premises environments
• Manage and optimize servers, storage, backups, and recovery processes including RTO and RPO
• Support network connectivity including firewalls, switches, and enterprise hardware
• Lead and participate in infrastructure upgrades and system enhancement projects
• Ensure system security through patching and vulnerability remediation
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
• Maintain documentation, system inventories, and vendor relationships
• Participate in an on call rotation

Must have strong Azure administration and engineering skills for this position., * 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering

• Strong expertise in Active Directory in a hybrid environment, Windows Server
• Strong Azure Administration and engineering skills
• Experience managing virtualized and hyperconverged environments
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security best practices
• Proficiency with PowerShell or other automation tools
• Experience with backup and recovery, ITIL concepts, and incident management
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications with a focus on Azure or cloud technologies
• Experience with mobile device management, identity or privileged access management, and cloud service models
• Exposure to enterprise email and collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with project management and budgeting in an IT environment
