Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Charlotte, NC, supporting cloud-based data engineering initiatives using Microsoft Azure technologies. The role offers the chance to work on enterprise data platforms, modern data pipelines, and cloud-native analytics solutions in a senior-level capacity.

How You Will Make An Impact:

Design, build, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
Develop and optimize data pipelines that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and downstream business use cases.
Implement and support cloud-based data lake solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Partner with technology, data, and business stakeholders to translate data needs into secure and efficient solutions.
Support data security, governance, and compliance standards across cloud-based data environments.
Contribute to modernization efforts involving Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.

Requirements

Do you bring proven success in Azure data engineering and cloud data platform delivery?

10+ years of overall technology/data engineering experience preferred.
Strong hands-on experience designing and developing data solutions in Microsoft Azure.
Proven experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
Experience building data pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data integration workflows.
Strong understanding of data security, compliance, governance, and enterprise data standards.
Azure certifications are strongly preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, enterprise environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
