Job description

  • Install, configure, and maintain z/OS and z/VM environments.
  • Manage system performance, capacity planning, and software upgrades.
  • Support RACF security, storage management, and hardware configurations.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure high availability.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and storage teams.

Requirements

  • z/OS Systems Programming
  • z/VM Administration (CP, CMS, RACF, GCS, RSCS, VM/VTAM)
  • Unix System Services (USS)
  • SMP/E Installation & Maintenance
  • HCD / IODF Configuration
  • RACF Security Administration
  • Capacity Planning & Performance Tuning
  • ISV Product Installation & Support
  • IBM Z Mainframe Architecture
  • JCL, REXX, and Mainframe Scripting, * 5+ years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience.
  • Strong expertise in z/OS and z/VM environments.
  • Experience with IBM Z hardware and performance management tools.
  • Knowledge of JCL, REXX, SMF, RMF/CMF reporting, and system diagnostics.
