Job description
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest and normalize structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Analyze source data and provide novel solutions to continually improve data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with fellow developers, business development personnel, and management to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience in Python, GitHub, Linux, ETL Orchestration Tools (e.g. Airflow) and AWS.
- Strong experience with AI integrations and AI workflows.
- Experience building distributed data integrations in a production environment at scale.
- DevOps skills and experience.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
Bonus Skills
- Typescript, React, Django, CloudFormation.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry.
