  • Support data modeling and data migration tasks, collaborating with external and internal teams to validate work.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues through reliable delivery and clear communication.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing resource throughout the entire project lifecycle, from kick-off to post-implementation support.
  • Seek continuous skill development in GIS, utility domains, and Schneider Electric product offerings.
  • Maintain continuity with the client by coordinating technical workstreams and supporting the quality and consistency of project deliverables.
  • Support the growth of team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of GIS experience, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and enterprise geodatabase administration.

  • Understanding of system integrations such as OMS, WMS, CIS, SCADA, DMS, AMI, or EAM.
  • Ability to independently install, configure, and troubleshoot GIS and related software in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • SQL skills and experience with at least one enterprise RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and commitment to learning.
