Job description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Elixir Developer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and building products that have a direct impact on users.

You’ll work closely with our CTO and existing engineering team to develop new platform features, improve performance, build integrations, and help shape the future architecture of our software.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, works well independently, and wants to help build a product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build new features using Elixir and Phoenix
  • Develop and maintain frontend components using Phoenix LiveView
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries
  • Build integrations with third-party APIs and healthcare platforms
  • Develop AI-powered automation and workflow features
  • Debug production issues and improve system reliability
  • Participate in architecture and technical planning discussions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, Some of the projects currently on our roadmap include:
  • AI-powered patient scheduling
  • CRM enhancements
  • Advanced analytics dashboards
  • Billing automation
  • EMR integrations
  • Patient communication automation
  • Workflow automation
  • Internal AI tools for clinical staff
  • Large-scale lead management systems

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Professional experience with Elixir
  • Experience with Phoenix Framework
  • Experience with Phoenix LiveView
  • Strong PostgreSQL and SQL knowledge
  • Experience building REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Fly.io
  • Docker experience
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs
  • Experience with Stripe
  • Experience with AI/LLM integrations
  • Experience with Twilio or messaging platforms
  • Healthcare or HIPAA-related experience
