Full Stack Software Engineer

A well-funded, growth-stage healthcare technology organization is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale a modern platform supporting complex, high-volume workflows in a regulated environment. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical ownership. You’ll work across the stack to design, develop, and deploy production-grade features while collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams. Remote (U.S.) | Hybrid Options Available, * 7+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong full-stack experience with Python (or similar backend language) and modern JavaScript frameworks. * Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or equivalent). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and infrastructure-as-code concepts. * Experience working in Agile environments with strong ownership and communication skills. * Background in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
