SAP BPC Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Developer to design, develop, and implement cloud-native applications, integrations, and extensions on SAP BTP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, CAP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, and SAP HANA Cloud while integrating SAP and non-SAP applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy applications on SAP BTP.

Build applications using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) with Java or Node.js.

Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and extensions.

Create integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).

Develop and consume REST and OData APIs.

Configure SAP BTP services including Destination, XSUAA, Connectivity, and Identity Authentication.

Work with SAP HANA Cloud for data modeling and database development.

Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party applications.

Implement security, authentication, and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and Role Collections.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.

Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

5+ years of SAP development experience.

2+ years of hands-on SAP BTP development.

Strong knowledge of:

• SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry/Kyma)

• CAP (Java or Node.js)

• SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

• SAP Build

• SAP Fiori/UI5

• SAP HANA Cloud

• OData, REST APIs

• XSUAA, Destination Service, OAuth

• Git, Jenkins, CI/CD

Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Extensions.

Knowledge of Event Mesh, Business Application Studio (BAS), and Workflow/Process Automation.

SAP BTP certification is preferred.

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Pay: $44.44 - $53.52 per hour
