IT Support Lead

• Manage the overall work efforts of the IT Operations Branch and subordinate sections, acting as the single point of contact for all IT support activities.
• Develop and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity program while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex datacenter environments, including server virtualization, network infrastructure, and storage.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor security systems to respond to potential security incidents.
• Provide all required documentation for review to the Government Information System Security Manager (ISSM) regarding the Enclave’s Authority to Operate (ATO).

Certification & Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or an Associate degree in an IT-related field paired with ten years of IT Lead experience.
• Secret clearance required

Experience Required

• Must possess a current certification meeting the requirements for the DCWF Information Systems Security Manager (722) at the Intermediate or Advanced level (such as CISSP or CISM).
• A minimum of four years of experience in a formal supervisory role managing technical teams responsible for military information systems.
• Demonstrated experience in program management (task delegation, performance tracking, personnel development).
• Experience overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex datacenter environments (server virtualization, network infrastructure, storage).
