Senior Test Lead - DO 178B

Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Stakeholders To Gather And Clarify Functional And Design Specifications, Ensuring Test Environments And Infrastructure Are Maintained And Up To Date For Effective Testing Of Embedded Software.

1. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process Under The Do 178B Framework.
2. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Industry-Standard Tools, Ensuring Alignment With Quality Standards And Minimizing Exposure To Defects In Embedded Software Products.
3. Develop And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Application Of The Testing Framework And Methodologies, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Contributing To Increased Team Productivity.

1. Strong Understanding Of Do 178B Standards And Their Application In Embedded Software Testing.
