Job description

We are looking for a Senior Oracle ERP / SCM Technical Consultant to join our AMS (Application Managed Services) team. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle ERP/SCM technical expertise and experience supporting multiple client environments, resolving production issues, developing integrations, and delivering ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

7+ years of Oracle ERP / SCM technical experience
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL, FBDI/ADFdi, and Web Services
Experience supporting Oracle SCM modules such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Shipping, or Cost Management
Experience providing AMS (Application Managed Services) support, including production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, service requests, enhancements, patches, release management, and ongoing application maintenance across multiple Oracle ERP/SCM client environments.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
Experience with enhancements, customizations, integrations, reports, and data migrations
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to support multiple client engagements simultaneously
