Requirements

Seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) Lead Consultant with 15+ years of overall SAP Finance and Controlling experience, including multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.
Must have strong expertise in SAP ECC FICO to SAP S/4HANA Finance migration and transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.
Proven experience in Finance data migration, reconciliation, system integration testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
Deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance concepts.
Experience in leading fit-gap workshops, business process redesign, and solution architecture for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PM, PS, and other cross-functional modules.
Preferred experience in the Utilities industry with knowledge of utility business processes, regulatory requirements, and billing-to-finance integration.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance throughout the migration lifecycle.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering complex SAP Finance transformation projects.
