GenAI Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Developer with strong Generative AI knowledge to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role is pivotal in supporting business transformation by building secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications across front-end and back-end layers. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise goals. Architect and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and system integrations. Drive cloud deployment and infrastructure automation to support enterprise scalability. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders, particularly in the insurance domain, to design and implement applications that integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation, and AI-driven search into cloud-native systems. Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and frameworks. Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. Expertise in API design and microservices architecture. Preferred Skills Experience in the insurance domain. Familiarity with workflow automation tools Knowledge of data-driven decision-making processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and full-stack technologies. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.
