Job description

Minimum 3-4 years of Hybris project Experience as SAP Commerce Cloud(Hybris) Business Analyst a MUST

Lead and facilitate architecture and solution discovery and design sessions

Meet with business and dev team and document detailed requirements questionnaires and discussions

Create and document user stories and process flows. Perform ā€œas-is / to-beā€ analysis on business processes

Functional analysis to advise business users on the implementation of Hybris.

Discuss user stories with business stakeholders and Dev team, conduct the user story walk through, identify dependencies & acceptance criteria and get all stakeholder’s alignment around the same

Should be able to review the test cases from the QA lead to ensure all the functionality is covered.

Should be lending a hand in executing the test cases during the QA / UAT phase of the projects.

Should be well versed with Hybris commerce solutioning data model/catalog structure, platform architecture, integration architecture and security frameworks

Knowledge of all areas of Hybris eCommerce B2C and B2B, including Catalog Management, Product Modeling, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Search and Browse, SEO, Personalization

Requirements

6+ years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile SDLC, implementing large, digital commerce applications across brands, business segments and geographies, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
