SAP S4HANA PP/PM Functional Analyst

On-site in Tampa, FL, 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) at Corporate Center III at International Plaza. 100% allocation required.

Travel/Expenses: Local candidates only; no travel or expenses will be reimbursed., We are seeking a highly skilled Level 8 SAP Functional Analyst specializing in S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) or Plant Maintenance (PM) to join our industrial systems delivery team. The mission of this team is to design, align, and implement robust functional solutions that bridge business processes with advanced S/4HANA capabilities. This critical project supports the client’s operational transformation by modernizing core supply chain and manufacturing operations., * Lead workshops and structured discussions to drive functional alignment with key business stakeholders.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications within the S/4HANA platform.
• Design, configure, and prototype solutions in SAP PP (Production Planning) or SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
• Collaborate closely with the IT and systems integration teams to define and refine overall system design.
• Enable stakeholder decision-making by demonstrating new functionalities introduced in the S/4HANA module.
• Support post-configuration testing, user acceptance, and functional stabilization activities., * Work Setup: On-site in Tampa, FL, 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) at Corporate Center III at International Plaza. 100% allocation required.

SAP PP or PM functional consulting: 8-9 years minimum experience (10 years overall).

SAP S/4HANA project experience: 4+ years of active experience with new functionalities.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: 8+ years translating business needs to systems solutions.

NICE-TO-HAVES Strong preference for SAP PP (Production Planning) expertise over SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).

Experience with SAP Asset Management integrations.

Strong leadership and facilitation skills for Level 8 equivalent roles., * SAP PP / PM Module Experience: 8+ years of functional configuration and implementation experience.

• SAP S/4HANA Project Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience participating in active S/4HANA migrations or implementations.
• Stakeholder Management & Workshop Leadership: 5+ years leading design workshops and driving consensus among business and technical teams., * Prior experience working in industrial/manufacturing industry environments.
• Strong comprehension of SAP Asset Management frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate functional decisions to leadership.
• Experience working on large-scale Accenture or Fortune 500 enterprise projects., The ideal candidate is a senior-level functional consultant (8-10 years of overall experience) who brings deep module expertise in SAP PP (preferred) or PM. They must be highly collaborative, capable of leading workshops with authority, and confident in translating business needs into configured S/4HANA solutions. A proactive, communicative approach is essential for success in this high-visibility, on-site environment.
