Job description
Do you enjoy transforming data into meaningful insights that help businesses grow? As our Business Intelligence Administrator, you’ll play a key role in powering the reporting and analytics that drive decisions across the Huey Magoo’s system. From sales and guest feedback to loyalty and operational data, you’ll ensure our franchisees, restaurant managers, and Support Center teams have accurate, actionable information at their fingertips. As the Business Intelligence Administrator, some responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, validating, and maintaining business data from POS, guest feedback, loyalty, online ordering, and other operational systems.
- Building, testing, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for franchisees, restaurant managers, and Support Center leadership.
- Partnering with franchisees, operations, finance, and technology vendors to define reporting needs and improve business intelligence tools.
- Managing data quality, onboarding new data sources, supporting reporting projects, and leveraging AI tools to improve automation and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in business reporting for restaurant operations, or business intelligence; multi-unit or franchise experience strongly preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI (or similar)
- Experience with restaurant POS and back-of-house reporting platforms
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
