PMIS Implementation Specialist

• Lead PMIS implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
• Gather business requirements and facilitate solution design workshops.
• Configure or oversee configuration of workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, deployment, and end-user training.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Support solution scoping and pre-sales activities.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Lead / Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience implementing e-Builder or other Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as Procore, Oracle Unifier, Kahua, InEight, or similar platforms. This role combines project leadership, business analysis, client consulting, and solution delivery for capital projects., * 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with e-Builder or another enterprise PMIS platform.

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Project Management, or implementation consulting experience.
• Experience delivering software implementations for capital projects, construction, infrastructure, or facilities organizations.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred

• Experience with e-Builder, Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, InEight, or similar PMIS platforms.
• Experience integrating PMIS solutions with ERP, Primavera P6, or financial systems.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, transportation, government, or utilities.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
