Job description

Working closely with business stakeholders, data specialists and technology teams, you will play a key role in developing scalable data pipelines, supporting cloud-based data platforms and ensuring data is accessible, reliable and actionable. This role would suit a Data Engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, working with modern cloud technologies and contributing to business-critical projects., * Design, develop and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines and data integration solutions

Support the development and optimisation of cloud-based data platforms using cloud technologies
Build and maintain scalable data models to support reporting, analytics and AI initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity and governance standards are maintained across data environments
Support data migration and transformation projects across multiple systems and platforms

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Data Engineer or within a Data & Analytics environment
Strong experience building and supporting ETL processes and data pipelines
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms
Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, transforming and manipulating large datasets
Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data processing and automation
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling techniques

Salary of up to £50,000
