  • Developing firmware from concept through to verification
  • Producing clear technical documentation and test benches
  • Supporting product development from requirements through to final release
  • Working closely with electronics and software engineers on integrated solutions

You’ll ideally have experience in several of the following:

  • FPGA development using VHDL
  • Digital design principles
  • FPGA verification and debugging
  • Xilinx development tools
  • ModelSim or Questa
  • Communication interfaces such as UART, SPI or HDMI
  • Working within embedded or electronic product development

Whether your background is aerospace, defence, industrial electronics, communications, instrumentation or another high-reliability engineering environment, we’d be interested in hearing from you.

Benefits & conditions

  • Flexible working hours
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Company pension
  • Free on-site parking

  • Genuine opportunity to influence product design
  • Small, highly skilled engineering team, * Opportunity to own your work from concept through to delivery
  • Small engineering team where your ideas make a real difference
  • Stable, growing business
  • Flexible working hours
  • Excellent long-term career prospects
