Job description

Define scalable architecture for .NET enterprise systems
Reverse engineer and modernize existing applications
Drive AI-assisted development practices using Claude
Guide teams on coding standards, design, and best practices
Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

10+ years in architecture / senior engineering
Strong .NET expertise (C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs)
Experience with large enterprise codebases
AI-assisted development (Claude/Copilot)
Strong ability to work in ambiguous environments with evolving architecture and

tooling Nice-to-Have

Claude Code experience
Claude Certified Architect
Cloud (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP ok)
Insurance domain

Other Requirements 1.Relevant certifications in .NET, C#, or C++ are a plus.
