Job description

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Develop and maintain Python-based geospatial and scientific-processing workflows.
  • Process LiDAR, elevation, and multispectral imagery.
  • Support computer-vision and machine-learning feature detection.
  • Automate risk scoring, QA/QC checks, metadata generation, and monthly data deliveries.
  • Build and maintain geospatial datasets in an AWS environment.
  • Document code, methods, data lineage, and processing results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, GIS, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python and geospatial or remote-sensing data.
  • Familiarity with GIS tools, spatial databases, cloud computing, and scientific data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and quality-control skills.

Must reside in the United States and be able to support PST time zone.
