• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
• Strong experience in Banking Payments domain.
• Experience with Wire Payments, International/Cross-Border Payments, and SWIFT Network (MT/MX messages).
• Good understanding of ISO 20022, CBPR+, SWIFT messaging, payment life cycle, and settlement processes.
• Experience with payment rails such as Fedwire, CHIPS, ACH, SEPA, or RTP.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of payment compliance, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
