  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Computing, Printing und Server Bereich
  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich Service-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Printern, PCs, Notebooks und Peripherie durch
  • Durch Deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Unterstützung unserer Disposition kannst Du die Service Level Agreements (SLAs) einhalten und sorgst für ein Lächeln beim Kunden
  • Du dokumentierst den Fortschritt Deiner Arbeit auf englischer Sprache direkt vor Ort in unserem eigenentwickelten Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Computing, Printing und/oder Server Bereich
  • IT-Vorkenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse
  • Grundkenntise der Englischen Sprache
