Job description

Integrity Employee Leasing is searching for an experienced entry level Risk Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing areas of potential risk that threaten

the assets base, earning capacity and general financial success of the organization. Candidate will develop and present risk mitigation and coverage recommendations based on their analysis to top level management. These recommendations may include strategies for minimizing risks and insuring that clients comply with financial regulations and other statutory requirements.

Additional duties include but not limited to:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

2-4 years relevant work experience in the Technology/Financial services industry

Experience with Microsoft technologies: MS Excel, Access

Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst (Risk)

Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc)

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must

Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment

Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug test.
