Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications using React (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend). Lead development of microservices-based architectures and REST APIs. Implement scalable and performant UI components and backend services. Collaborate with architects and teams to align application design with cloud-native principles. Integrate applications with enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven patterns. Ensure application quality through code reviews, best practices, and performance optimization. Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments. Support integration of AI/ML capabilities into applications where required.

7 12 years of experience in full stack development. Frontend Development Strong hands-on experience in: o React o Modern JavaScript frameworks Backend Development Strong hands-on experience in: o Java Spring Boot o Microservices API & Distributed Systems Experience in designing and building REST APIs. Experience with distributed systems. Experience integrating applications using APIs and event-driven patterns. Cloud & Containerization Experience working with cloud platforms: o GCP o AWS o Azure Familiarity with: o Kubernetes o Docker o CI/CD pipelines Architecture & Engineering Microservices-based architecture development., Experience in technical leadership or leading small development teams. Exposure to: o AI/ML o GenAI o API-based AI integrations (nice-to-have) Experience in large-scale modernization programs. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management / financial systems (nice-to-have).
