What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary technical authority for custom industrial systems, successfully bridging the gap between raw engineering design and external client needs.
• Manage a steady volume of incoming technical consultations via phone and email to thoroughly investigate client application requirements.
• Apply fundamental mechanical principles to analyze client data, trouble-shoot process challenges, and deliver optimized equipment proposals.
• Utilize advanced, automated software platforms to generate, refine, and deliver precision technical quotes rapidly.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal sales and engineering divisions to solve complex manufacturing bottlenecks and suggest alternative system designs.
• Maintain detailed project files and configuration records to ensure seamless handoffs to the production floor.
