Job description

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualizing technical solutions, defining application architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the entire software development lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise in backend, frontend, database, and cloud-native technologies to build robust, scalable, and high-performing applications while driving Agile best practices, technical excellence, and successful project execution., We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong leadership, communication, and hands-on technical expertise to lead onsite and offshore development teams. This role requires close collaboration with clients, technical stakeholders, third-party vendors, and distributed teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions., * Lead and mentor development teams across onsite and offshore locations.

  • Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and third-party vendors to drive successful project delivery.
  • Conceptualize and implement technical solutions aligned with evolving technology landscapes.
  • Design and develop scalable web applications and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Participate throughout the SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Solve complex technical challenges and provide troubleshooting and performance optimization solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage priorities, milestones, and project deliverables effectively.

Requirements
