SAP FICO Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Analyst to support and enhance SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP FICO, support financial applications, and participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Candidates should have strong SAP FICO configuration experience, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial business processes. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules to meet business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Support existing SAP functionality while implementing new enhancements and features.
• Maintain and support financial applications such as Concur, ReadSoft, Vertex, BlackLine, and other finance-related systems.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, testing, and production support activities.
• Configure SAP based on business process requirements while promoting standard SAP functionality.
• Assist with interface design and integration between SAP and legacy financial systems.
• Develop functional specifications, design documents, and user training materials.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve application support tickets.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects from planning through implementation.
• Stay current with SAP technologies and recommend improvements to business processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.
• Experience working with SAP HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI and CO business processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules.
• Experience supporting financial applications such as Concur, ReadSoft, Vertex, and BlackLine.
• BlackLine implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong accounting knowledge or prior accounting experience.
• Experience working within global organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and current SAP product enhancements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
