Manhattan Consultant / Testing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Consultant / Testing Lead with expertise in Manhattan WMS to lead testing activities and support warehouse management implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations, test strategy, automation, and end-to-end validation of WMS solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Manhattan WMS implementations and enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
• Validate warehouse processes including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and QA teams during SIT, UAT, and production releases.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Support integration testing across ERP, OMS, and TMS systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-14 years of experience in Manhattan WMS with strong testing experience.
• Hands-on experience in WMS implementations, functional testing, integration testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SQL, defect management tools (JIRA/ALM), and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS or Manhattan WMOS.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and OMS/TMS integrations.
• Exposure to test automation tools and API testing.
• Experience working in Retail, Distribution, or Supply Chain domains.
