BEPC is seeking a General Information Technology (Expert 2) to support our client’s Marketing Center as it rolls out its Integrated Marketing Framework across the organization. In this role, you will design, build, and implement the foundational Smartsheet Control Center that will serve as the operational platform for managing integrated marketing programs from intake through reporting., * Meet with Marketing Center leaders and stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand operational needs.

• Develop a strategy for leveraging Smartsheet as the organization’s central work management platform.
• Design and build the foundational architecture within Smartsheet Control Center, including governance, automation, templates, and workflows.
• Translate the Integrated Marketing Framework into a structured and scalable Smartsheet ecosystem.
• Build standardized templates, workflows, automation, and system standards to support integrated marketing execution.
• Partner with Marketing Strategy & Planning, Digital Marketing & Operations, Brand & Marcom, and other Marketing Center teams to gather requirements and validate workflows.
• Develop portfolio-level dashboards and reporting to provide operational visibility and leadership insights.
• Define and document governance, ownership, maintenance processes, and system handoff procedures to support long-term sustainability.
• Support onboarding, change management, and adoption activities across Marketing Center teams.

This position is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of experience in Smartsheet, workflow management, or marketing operations who enjoys building scalable solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will help establish the governance, automation, and infrastructure that enable consistent execution and measurement of marketing initiatives., * 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing operations, workflow management, project coordination, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Experience building workflows, automation, templates, or structured work management solutions within Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present recommendations to leadership.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to translate business frameworks into practical, scalable system designs., * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Marketing or marketing operations experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet Control Center.
• Understanding of integrated marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Experience developing governance models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
