• SAP Architecture & Administration: Deep understanding of SAP configuration, development platforms, and enterprise business applications.
• System Security & Recovery: Hands-on knowledge of SAP security administration, backup, recovery, and archiving processes.
• Business Analysis: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical SAP solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving application and infrastructure issues.
• Communication: Strong stakeholder management and collaborative communication skills.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Public Sector / Government Experience (Highly Desired)
• Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
