Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Swift and Kotlin.

  • Debug and resolve complex production issues.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
  • Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cross-Platform Native Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in both Swift and Kotlin to join our distributed engineering team. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for an experienced mobile developer who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-centric mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong native mobile development background, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is experienced in delivering production-grade mobile applications in an agile environment., * 5-8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Swift and Kotlin.
  • Extensive experience building and maintaining native iOS and Android applications.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform mobile architectures.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
  • Experience with Firebase and mobile analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
  • Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
