Implement and manage GitOps workflows using tools such as Argo CD or Flux for automated, version-controlled deployments. Develop and maintain YAML-based infrastructure configurations for Kubernetes workloads and platform components. Containerize applications and manage lifecycle using Docker and Kubernetes. Perform advanced cluster debugging and troubleshooting for performance, networking, and stability issues. Configure and manage Ingress controllers, service mesh (if applicable), and networking policies. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless integration and deployment. Implement and maintain observability solutions (Datadog) for monitoring, alerting, and logging. Ensure adherence to Git-driven deployment practices and infrastructure-as-code standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and security. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Core Technologies Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (both development and operational aspects). Proficiency in GitOps tools such as Argo CD and/or Flux. Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, OCI containers). Deep understanding of YAML-based configuration management. Platform & Infrastructure Experience in cluster setup, maintenance, and debugging. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking, including: o Ingress controllers o Services o Networking policies Experience in CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Observability & Monitoring Hands-on experience with Datadog for monitoring, logging, and alerting. Understanding of metrics, tracing, and log aggregation. Version Control & Deployment Strong expertise in Git-based workflows. Experience with Git-driven deployment strategies and best practices. Skills: Digital : Microsoft Azure ~ Digital : DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) ~ Digital : Kubernetes Experience Required: 6-8
