Senior Solutions Consultant - Data & Automation

This is the heart of the role. You’ll spend much of your time meeting with executives, department leaders, and frontline teams to understand how their businesses actually operate, and help them identify problems they haven’t fully articulated yet.

• Lead executive discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Build trust quickly with new clients
• Ask thoughtful questions before recommending solutions
• Map business processes and identify operational inefficiencies
• Help clients prioritize opportunities
• Present recommendations in language that business leaders understand
• Evaluate current-state processes and align technology decisions with business strategy

Solution Design & Delivery

Once you’ve helped define the problem, you’ll build the solution. Power BI expertise is required, but we value consultants who understand why they’re building something as much as how they build it.

• Power BI dashboards and data modeling
• DAX and Power Query
• Microsoft Fabric
• Power Automate and process automation
• Data quality improvements

Client Delivery & Project Leadership

You’ll own client engagements from discovery through delivery.

• Run project meetings and manage communication
• Identify risks early and maintain documentation
• Coordinate implementation
• Deliver executive presentations
• Ensure clients understand both the solution and the reasoning behind it

Success means clients trust you, not because you know the most technology, but because you consistently help them make better decisions.

You should be comfortable working within much of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, Excel, SQL, and ideally Azure.

Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics is a plus.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
